Connected or not connected? Head to chest? Mix to chest? BOOMY CHESTY HEAD BELTS to chest? haha jk about the last part but seriously just wondering.

This is just a leisurely siren that I recorded on a whim because I was wondering what it would be good for if anything. It seems to help exercise tilt coordination and maybe help me monitor laryngeal relaxation?

I mess around with my voice and stuff and tried to do it while using the minimum support energy necessary (almost used too little at one point?) and thinning... because I have a tendency to press really hard when I sing (that I'm working on!), as I kind of accidentally did when I went to the lowest note... I think it was an F# - should've opened up more space and made it roomier if I was singing seriously (above mezzo piano)

Thanks.
