Man, that was pretty impressive (and I'm a big fan of Queensryche). I think people call that 'talent'. If I wanted to sing these songs like you did, I would have to practice them for 6 weeks, 3 hours a day, transpose each of these songs DOWN 2-4 full steps, record 10-30 takes, pick the best pieces and would still sound 3x worse than you did. I really admire people like you, and I mean it. How many years have you been singing before you recorded these?

Hey dude, good to see you on here.

You have great tone, I wish you could sing regularly.
The greatest thing that will help you is learning how to avoid all that breathiness. You will find that you can control all those notes wtihout feeling like they are flying out.
Also your reflux too. You already know what I'm gonna say about that one

Actually the biggest thing that will help you is moving out and getting a place where you can practice regularly. We've talked about that already though.

Thanks for sharing.

So, these are a few years old - I'm ashamed to admit I don't have any recent recordings. :/

These were recorded during my first couple of vocal lessons...
At this point, I had no real knowledge of vocal technique. My coach at the time just told me to "wing it."
And this was the result. i did each song in one take. I felt like I've given it my all with each song... and couldn't sing anymore afterwards. Ha.

Of course, I'd love to hear some feedback from you guys.
Thanks for listening!
