Very well done. Excellent guitar arrangement and your singing style is dead on for the Beatles, that nice light natural tone. You have a great intimate presence for playing in front of a camera too.

The only suggestion I would make is try practicing in a mirror and trying to straighten out your head as you sing, you tend to consistently tilt it to the side. I actually have the same habit and a couple vocal coaches I've had have told me to correct it and over time it's gotten much less severe and helped my voice. Straightening your head position might help your singing technique in some subtle ways, maybe not at first but definitely in the long run. It will also look more professional and confident, and it will make your whole body feel more balanced and comfortable.
