I agree with MEV that your skill at singing a capella is profoundly accurate which is rare to come by! When you start singing with tracks or other musicians you'll be totally ready.

I actually liked the Christina Perri cover better personally, I felt the song suited your voice much better. You do a great job at House on the Rising Sun too, but at times I felt it came across a bit tame in terms of the intensity you sang with, so it may help you to either try singing it with an instrumentalist who can help create a more gentle vibe around your singing to complement it and give more of a new "spin" on the song. Maybe an acoustic guitarist and some other acoustic instrumentation. Or you could try singing it with a bit more intensity but I'm not sure if that would be natural for your voice since you're so comfortable the way you're singing it now.

Either way, you sound fantastic. You have not only an excellent voice but an excellent ear and you look very confident. You seem like you've been singing since you were very young!

How to see you around the forum more.

Can be incredibly hard to sing it acapella and with the version you did.
There were couple phrasing parts (eg. satisfied) that you could smoothen out, which is of course a matter of taste but other than that very well done!
