Yeah, this is a great rendition. There were some pitch issues but you captured the overall feel of the song which is the most important part. Well done.

Thank you Felipe!

I sacrificed a bit precision for emotion and energy. The thing with the Doors and Jim's singing is that theres a lot of "roominess". Jim was never totally on pitch but somehow, it still works vell, and his interprétations were always soulful.

Tommy is right about your THROUGHs. But to be honest man I am impressed how far you have taken your accent. When we started it was REALLY THICK. You have totally come VERY FAR in terms of reducing it. I was quite impressed in this song especially. You really got the DEPTH in the voice, great work.

What will help you with the accent more is paying even stricter attention to removing staccato and consonants from the sound, so that the vowels take up even more real-estate in the words.

Wow awesome performance dude! You have a pretty killer grit/distortion to your voice here with energy to match. I guess I can agree with everyone on the more prominent accent in this cover. Its only on one word though "Through" so that's an easy fix lol.

Thanks for the feedback! Damn, I always thought it was pronounced like "true". So, the "r" is mute? I may do another take to fix this

Sorry, I explained that wrong. There is an "r" sound but as Owen said, you're missing the TH in front of the "r"...that's what I was trying to say, You are saying TRUE but it should be pronounced THRough.....with a THR sound starting the word. Like the words THREE or THROW. But as he also said. nice cover. The singing was great.

No the r is pronounced of course. You just need the TH sound instead of a T.

Definitely needs to be fixed, but the cover is otherwise awesome! Great B4's!

Good stuff quentin. Sounded real good to me. The only thing I noticed was a pretty heavy accent; especially on the word "Though" which is a major word throughout the song, especially the end. You were singing the word "True." The English word Through has the TH sound. Other than that small item great job man!

Hi guys

I have always found that this song has an awesome energy and
Great dynamics.
Since I have trained with Phil I have noticed improvement in my voice on a weekly basis. Some day I start putting a song I like and I discover I can sing it!

Hope you like it as much as I enjoyed singing it and that my French accent is not too obvious.
