        	        	<description><![CDATA[<p>It's that time isn't it?  Eating too much, drinking and then complaining about being overweight or out of shape. I tend not to worry about it. For the few days or week or so that I will be eating poorly, or I should say, "a bit different" than I normally would I don't concern myself much. I just enjoy. I try not to go overboard though. </p>
<p>But I would say to all, just enjoy.  </p>
