Great video by an insanely strong oldschool style strongman. He's squatted 1000lbs. I love his approach to mindset. In this video he talks about those who rely on "psyching themselves up" aggressively to lift big weights and how he thinks this is not the optimum mindset to be in.
I love to see those who are exceptional in their field and learn more about how they think and how they approach their skill. Often times I can glean things and apply it to how I live my life.

I've always felt the whole 'play' mentality was the way to go. That said, since I quit drinking, I get uptight and all too often find it difficult to remain relaxed enough to practice what I preach, so to speak. But during those moments in time when I do manage to get focused, relaxed and centered, it usually pays off.
